1. Overview

Aiko Arts (aikoarts.com) is owned and operated by LH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS d.o.o., MBS 040498836, Trinajstići 49, 51215 Kastav, Croatia ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or accessing any course on this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Access & License

When you purchase a course or add-on, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that content for your own personal use. This license is for a single user only.

You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any course content
• Upload course materials to any public or file sharing platform
• Use the content to create a competing product or course
• Share your account credentials with others

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing access or redistributing content.

4. Payment & Pricing

Courses and add-ons are sold for a one time payment as shown at checkout. The all-courses membership is billed monthly (see section 5). Prices are shown in EUR or USD depending on your location and include any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access is granted as soon as your payment succeeds.

5. All-Courses Membership

• The membership costs $35 per month (or €35 per month, depending on your location), including any applicable VAT. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Course owners are offered a special price of $30 per month (or €30 per month) once, for the limited time shown with the offer. That price stays for as long as the membership stays active. If you cancel and join again later, the regular price applies.
• There is no free trial. The first month is charged when you join, and each following month is charged on the same day of the month.
• While your membership is active you can access every published course on Aiko Arts, including new courses as they are released. Add-on packs are not included.
• You can cancel anytime on your account page at aikoarts.com/account. Canceling stops all future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• Membership payments are not refundable, including for the month in progress. Courses you bought separately are not affected and stay yours.
• If a monthly payment fails, we may try to collect it again. If it cannot be collected, the membership ends.
• Every payment comes with an invoice, which you can view on your account page.

6. Refund Policy

For courses and add-ons bought with a one time payment, we offer a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at hello@aikoarts.com within 90 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. Access to the refunded content ends when the refund is issued. This guarantee does not apply to membership payments, which are covered in section 5.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, images, templates, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to LH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS d.o.o. and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Courses are provided for educational purposes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and materials used, and we do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for using art materials safely. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of the platform or the techniques taught in the courses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
