Aiko Arts (aikoarts.com) is the online learning platform where you access the courses you purchased. This website is owned and operated by LH INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS d.o.o., MBS 040498836, Trinajstići 49, 51215 Kastav, Croatia, which acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Name and email address (from your purchase and your account)
• Account and sign-in details (managed by our authentication provider, Clerk)
• The courses and add-ons you have access to, and your lesson progress
• Payment information for purchases made on this site (processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details)
• Device, browser and usage information collected automatically
• A record of when your access was sent to you and used (time, IP address and device for access emails and links, sign-ins, lessons and videos opened, and downloads)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To give you access to the courses and materials you purchased
• To save your progress and let you continue where you left off
• To send purchase confirmations, access links and account related emails
• To respond to support requests and improve the platform
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
• To keep proof that your purchase was delivered, in case of a payment dispute (kept for up to 3 years)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service Providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the platform: Clerk (accounts and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage) and Resend (email delivery). They process your data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site working properly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though you will not be able to sign in without them.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with course access. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it (for example, invoices and tax records).

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Croatia, AZOP)
